1. The Contract

By using VibeLift, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. User Conduct

VibeLift is for personal progress tracking. You agree not to misuse the platform, including:

• Uploading illegal or prohibited content to your Vault.
• Harassing other users via the "Gym Buddy" features.
• Attempting to reverse engineer the application.

3. The Vault & Content

You retain ownership of your photos. You grant us a limited license to store and display them solely for your personal use within the app.

4. Disclaimer

VibeLift is not a medical app. Consult a physician before starting any exercise program.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
